Alastair has been treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries and sports medicine problems for over ten years. He has worked with amateur athletes to international representatives.

 

He provides services for patients who have developed musculoskeletal problems both in the sporting environment and in the workplace.

When to Refer

Alastair sees patients at all stages of injury, from initial presentation to return to sport or work. He has specific interests in:

• Tendinopathy

• Bone Stress Reaction (such as shin splints, stress fractures)

• Concussion

• Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S)
